Our janitorial service at 89% customer satisfaction
OMG only 91% & 89%?! But Three Maids & Slop are 100% right? Or how about that cleaning service that has “perfection” in it’s name??? The reality is that our surveys are industry standard format and are peer reviewed. Our competition rates much lower – much lower.
Even with our advanced Visual Clean quality control system and inspections it’s always a challenge.

Quality control – for us – is backed by:
With cleaning their are literally hundreds of moving parts for each area cleaned whether it’s janitorial or residential. Keeping as high of percent as possible and communicating the right expectations to the customer are key for customer satisfaction – not the perfection pipe-dream.
The question you should always ask cleaners is not whether or not they are detailed – O.C.D. or “perfectionists” but how do they reduce cleaning mistakes – what kind of Q.C. system do they have? If you have a cleaning company that hits 90% or above with detail I have some advice for you – changing will not improve this – you’ll find yourself chasing your tail as most cleaning companies are lucky to hit 60-70%.
